Analyze user requirements, automation, data processing issues to implement and improve computer systems. Assess capabilities and make recommendations to expand system utilization to improve processes. Discuss information processing or system requirements with the client and prepare system design/test procedures and quality standards. Support Senior IT Managers with order management of technology systems and equipment. Provide demonstrations and trainings for internal and external visitors during events and meetings. Continuously monitor the industry to identify new partnerships and create new relationships for the Consumer Practice. Attend industry events such as Special Interest Group on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques (SIGGRAPH), Product Innovation Apparel (PI Apparel), and The National Retail Federation (NRF) as part of research and industry networking. Contribute towards business development and project delivery in the DPC technology suite. Train and supervise the technical staff on the different systems and programs and provide assistance in solving all computer related issues. Partner closely with the broader team to create deliverables, workshop content, and prepare flow charts describing operations and processes.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Masters degree in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or a related field, and 4 years of experience.
Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Systems, Software Development, or a related field, and 7 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in Utilizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms, in any combination of five of the following: Agile, PTC, Matrix One, Team Center, Eigner, Dassault, or Optiva;
Must have 4 years of experience in planning, tracking, selling and leading delivery of PLM system implementation engagements;
Must have 4 years of experience in developing and rolling out business-critical software including in all of the following: HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Bootstrap Framework, XML, PHP, and Python;
Must have 4 years of experience in implementing complex integrations between PLM systems and other software, including all of the following: CAD, ERP, MDM, and reporting software;
Must have 4 years of experience in designing and implementing PLM software solutions for Oracle, PTC, and Selerant platforms;
Must have 4 years of experience in Technology consulting for Fortune 500 clients;
Must have 2 years of experience with OnShape, Creo, CLO, or Browzeware (3D product design software for manufacturers);
Must have 2 years of experience in creating and presenting business cases supporting digital transformation efforts for Fortune 500 manufacturers;
Must have 2 years of experience developing detailed digital transformation roadmaps for Fortune 500 manufacturers.
Up to 80% in domestic and international travel required.
100% telecommuting permitted; applicant may reside anywhere in the U.S.
