Job SummaryWe are looking for a Deskside Support Technician on behalf of our client in the south San Francisco area. The successful candidate will be a team player that understands the importance of collaboration but can also take direction and drive the resolution of issues to completion with minimal supervision. This individual will use extensive technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and service dedication to drive the continuous commitment of IT service to the business. The successful candidate will manage two facilities, one in South San Francisco and one in Newark CA. On a daily basis the individual will commute to and from each facility maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and computer systems and will be performing on-site or remote servicing, repair, and installation of computer hardware, software, and networks.
