A qualified candidate must possess the following: Experience, education and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate a basic IT knowledge and skill in applying: – Software design principles and methods; – Functionality and operability evaluation of the current operating environment; and – Operating systems installation and configuration procedures. The experience and/or education/certification must be reflected on your resume and supporting documentation such as transcripts, degrees, diplomas, certifications, etc. must be uploaded at the time of application to be considered eligible for this position. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered “Highly Preferred” or “Best Qualified”: Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer or Technology related field. This education must be reflected on your resume and your degree/transcript uploaded at the time of application to be considered a highly preferred candidate. Applicants meeting the Highly Preferred criteria will be referred first to the Selecting Official. All other applicants will be referred for consideration if the certificate (referral list) is returned with no selection.
