Five (5) years of (post-degree, progressive) experience in the job offered or related. Experience must have included Preparing and uploading journal entries, revaluating and translating foreign currency, and consolidating dozens of entities in Oracle EBS; Managing engagement budget for audit fees; Documenting, validating, testing, and assessing Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) environments in compliance with PCAOB standards; Performing internal controls over financial reporting in day-to-day activities to include approving journal entries, reviewing and approving reconciliations and seeking approval for opening/closing accounting periods in ERP system; Uploading data, consolidating entities, and managing reports and cash flow module in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM); Completing audit fluxes for public companies; Conducting walkthroughs and controls testing with audit engagement at public companies; Reviewing SEC filings including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reports f
