Our Client is looking for a Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing Corporate Finance team in Ontario, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making for a dynamic, fast-growing organization at the forefront of real estate development and construction.


What Youll Do:


Lead and support corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.



  • Perform variance and profitability analysis across diverse real estate and construction projects.

  • Develop detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and new developments.

  • Prepare and present executive-level reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with accounting, project management, and operations to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial reporting.

  • Assist in strategic planning initiatives, helping to shape the companys growth trajectory.

  • Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or real estate/construction finance.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP and reporting systems.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate development, project costing, and financial performance metrics.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Compensation:



  • Base salary range: $100,000 – $129,000.

  • Bonus eligible (10% – 15%).
