Maintenance Manager

A rapidly growing manufacturer in the food & beverage production industry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume production environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing operations, enjoys building and developing teams, and has a strong focus on equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do as a Maintenance Manager:
As a Maintenance Manager, youll manage all maintenance operations within the facility, including preventive maintenance programs, equipment reliability initiatives, and leadership of maintenance personnel. You will play a critical role in supporting production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and driving operational excellence.
Maintenance Manager Duties Include:
- Leading and developing maintenance and technical teams within a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime
- Overseeing troubleshooting and repair efforts for automated manufacturing equipment
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and reliability
- Monitoring maintenance KPIs including downtime, PM completion, and equipment performance
- Collaborating with operations and engineering teams to improve plant performance
- Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and outside vendor relationships
- Assisting with capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Supporting root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
What Were Looking for in a Maintenance Manager:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing
- Experience within high-speed production or automated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Experience with PLCs, conveyors, motors, pumps, and industrial equipment
- CMMS experience preferred
- Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required depending on experience
