GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying technical expertise in construction, including at least one construction engineering discipline; coordinating the construction quality management program for assigned projects; and enforcing the contractor’s safety program to ensure compliance with contract requirements. GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying engineering support services for construction contracts; evaluating quality-control efforts and reporting discrepancies; and enforcing safety procedures.
