Growing manufacturing company is looking for a Buyer for their Memphis facility. This role will focus on purchasing, supplier management, pricing, and ensuring materials are available to support manufacturing operations. Were looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong purchasing and import experience.

What you’ll do as the Buyer:

Drive procurement strategies within established pricing frameworks.

Secure competitive pricing, lead times, and MOQs.

Negotiate routine commercial terms with approved vendors.

Work closely with management to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and increased efficiency.

Manage supplier relationships and purchasing requirements.

Coordinate material availability to support production and on-time shipments.

Monitor inventory, forecasts, and material usage as needed.

Work within an ERP/MRP system.

What we are looking for in the Buyer:

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

Must have import experience.

Minimum of 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably with some materials planning responsibilities.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Strong negotiation, organization, and supplier-management skills.
