Field Case Manager RN

We are looking for a Case Manager for a growing Case Management Company. This is a full-time opportunity which allows the nurse a lot more autonomy with their caseload with still the ability to bonus.

Living in Salinas offers residents a dense suburban feel, there are a lot of parks. A great place if you like a small town feel but many amenities(link removed)

Type of Work:

Evaluate injured workers

Develop care plans

Coordinate medical care between patients, providers, therapist

Serve as a liaison between employer, insurance carriers, and injured workers

Requirements:

RN

Prior Field experience

Workers comp experience is a huge plus but willing to train
