If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience for this position includes experience as a Solution Architect architecting and integrating IT solutions to meet the organizational business requirements. Experience includes experience with a variety of technologies supporting diverse business organizations implementing Commercial off the Shelf (COTS), cloud, open source and emerging technology solutions and initiatives, enforcing IT security policies; architecting and leading large transformation initiatives to modernize complex systems and conducting life-cycle cost studies, alternative analysis and budget formulation.
