Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or NO-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting on-site and remote information systems operations and/or performing analysis/design on a variety of complex networked operating systems, and information security solutions connected to Local Area Network, Global Wide Area Network, and cloud infrastructures. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
