GS-13: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector utilizing an expert knowledge of a wide range of communications, networks, computers, and communications systems management principles, concepts, and techniques to accomplish integrated telecommunications support planning, development, programming, and implementation. I have experience providing technical advice on Tactical Data Link (TDL) systems and maintaining TDL knowledge and expertise to stay updated on current and future TDL systems and their applications to combined operations. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Providing program/project management to achieve TDL interoperability goals, objectives, and requirements; 2) Identifying TDL requirements and configuration management to attain interoperability between U.S. and foreign communications systems; and 3) Preparing briefings, writing information papers, and conducting research to support USINDOPACOM (United States Indo-Pacific Command) combined communications interoperability programs and engagement activities. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Assisting senior employees in providing program/project management to achieve TDL interoperability goals, objectives, and requirements; 2) Identifying TDL requirements and configuration management to attain interoperability between U.S. and foreign communications systems; and 3) Writing information papers, and conducting research to support USINDOPACOM (United States Indo-Pacific Command) combined communications interoperability programs and engagement activities.
