This is a tremendous opportunity for a Kitchen Manager to oversee kitchen operations for upscale casual operations.
We require a hands on Kitchen Manager focused on scratch recipes with a passion for high quality and speed of execution. Kitchen Managers will be responsible for AKMs and a team of line/prep cooks.
The ideal candidate will have relevant kitchen experience, strong cost control, team building and the highest standards of foodservice sanitation.
