Solstice Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator (3 – 6 Month Contract to Perm opportunity) for our EPC client based in Houston, Texas. Role is HYBRID 4 days per week in the West Houston office and 1 day per week work from home.
Bachelors Degree and 5+ years HR experience required
Proficient and experienced with ADP Workforce Now and Workday required
W2 Hourly rate of $30 to $40 DOE (plus OT) 3 6 Month Contract with Perm Opportunity
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll (and expense reimbursement where relevant).
- Provide applicable payroll and financial reports such as general ledger information and respond to internal requests as needed
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local legislation affecting payroll, benefits and expense management.
- Prepare, document and process payroll (and expense reimbursement where relevant) from start to finish, ensuring accurate entries, deductions and appropriate payroll taxes are reported and paid
- Oversee payroll processes and execution and 401k management
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 5+ years HR / Payroll experience
3+ years experience in ADP Workforce Now and Workday required
Experienced with payroll processing and 401k oversight required
Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Strong attention to detail, highly organized and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations with experience in Payroll, Benefits and HR systems.
