Quality Manager MEMPHIS area Manufacturing
Salary Up to $125,000 Plus Great Benefits in the Memphis, TN Area
Our client is a growing company and needs a talented quality person to join their team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Operator Work Instructions, and laboratory activities. Youll need to have solid experience in a manufacturing setting. You will need to have management experience in a manufacturing environment and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Must be an excellent communicator as youll be speaking with all levels of the organization and writing quality manuals & procedures. Must have a solid background in calibration and machining.
Your other Quality Manager responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001-2015 requirements
Using quality methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP SPC, Control Plan, Lean Manufacturing, Internal Auditing, and Corrective & Preventive Action Problem Solving Disciplines
Assisting in development and implementation of procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating accuracy and reliability of products
Reviewing Quality Assurance and Quality Control test results
Assisting with Internal and External Corrective Action Program.
Minimum requirements for this Quality Manager position:
At least 2 years of Quality Management Experience in an industrial manufacturing facility
Solid background in calibration and machining
Quality systems training
Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001-2015 requirements
Experience with quality methodologies such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP SPC, Control Plan, Lean Manufacturing, Internal Auditing, and Corrective & Preventive Action Problem Solving Disciplines
Experience with implementing and documenting quality systems in a manufacturing setting
Skilled in MS Office: Word, Excel, and Access.
