To qualify for this FV-I (FG/GS-13) position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-H (FG/GS-12) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Experience leading national service programs staffed with technical workforce teams deployed simultaneously across large geographical areas i.e. the Continental United States (CONUS), and have experience overseeing staff and employees who work with heavy industrial equipment in an industrial setting (i.e. on-site technical field support performing preventative and corrective maintenance, providing emergency restorations on complex electronics systems, and supporting structures). This experience includes allocating resources and infrastructure; directing staff; and customer reporting processes.
