Exciting Job Opportunity: Asbestos Abatement Supervisor

With our main office in Albuquerque, NM, we’re seeking a passionate Asbestos Abatement Supervisor to join our ranks and lead field crews with expertise and enthusiasm.
Job Responsibilities for the Asbestos Abatement Supervisor:
- Leadership Excellence: Guide and inspire crew members in the meticulous removal of asbestos, mold, lead, and hazardous waste, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Communication Mastery: Foster seamless communication with field workers, service coordinators, and clients, ensuring projects are executed promptly and effectively.
- Safety Advocate: Conduct thorough field safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among all team members.
- Project Management Prowess: Effectively communicate project expectations to crew members, maintaining organized project files, meeting deadlines, and facilitating efficient project completion.
- Resilience and Adaptability: Be prepared to travel to various construction sites, wear protective equipment, and embrace the challenges of the environmental field.
- Continuous Growth: Participate enthusiastically in industry training, update certifications, and maintain fitness levels necessary for excellence in environmental remediation.
Job Qualifications for the Asbestos Abatement Supervisor:
- Certification and Experience: Hold a current Asbestos Supervisor certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience in asbestos abatement.
- Safety First: Demonstrate EPA, OSHA, and local hazardous materials policy knowledge, ensuring compliance and safety at all times.
- Flexibility and Commitment: Possess a valid driver’s license, be available for overtime, and exhibit a willingness to travel to various construction site locations.
- Spanish Speaking a plus!

Compensation for the Asbestos Abatement Supervisor: $62,500 – $73,000 annually (DOE)
