Senior-level experience in developing strategic vision/plans/roadmaps and IT policies and procedures that ensure enterprise-level compliance with federal IT requirements and regulations as well as developing and implementing governance frameworks, in support of biomedical or other scientific research. 2. Demonstrated expertise in assessment and alignment of IT strategies, technologies, and services with current and emerging customer, collaborator, and stakeholder expectations and requirements. 3. Expert ability to manage large complex multi-site IT resources and investments and ability to establish and execute an annual and multi-year IT planning, programming, and budgeting process. 4. Expert ability to communicate effectively with executives representing other disciplines to infer IT requirements, expectations, and to convey IT vision, strategies, directions, and technologies to meet current and emerging requirements and expectations. 5. Senior-level experience which demonstrates a commitment to building strong working relationships that advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
