Director of Finance
This is a full-time permanent opportunity with a progressive hospital system in Orlando, Florida.
Shift/Schedule: M-F Days HYBRID
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent experience. MBA preferred. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years in a high-level finance role in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
- Managed Care Finance experience
- Corporate does journal entries but need to be able to put those together.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, medical expense.
- Managed care would be great but will consider if very strong in capturing and managing cost baseline, forecast trends, to paint picture.
- Strong Analytics skills and experience.
