Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as applying analytical, and evaluative methods sufficient to monitor energy and water consumption. Experience assisting in the preparation and reviews of building project designs to include layout of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, mechanical, ventilation, electrical power and lighting systems. Experience with reviews of digging/excavation projects. Experience with preparing and providing reports to leadership to assist with decisions for installation’s energy and water management program. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-10.
