The vacancy for these (3) positions is OPEN UNTIL FILLED and may be extended or closed prior to the current closing date. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants who meet the following experience requirement may qualify for this GS-11 level position- 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-9 grade level obtained either through Federal or non-Federal employment performing electrical engineering technician work, including preparing plans and drawings under the direction of a senior designer or engineer, gathering information, working on cost estimates and project pieces. Typically, this requires at least 3 years progressive work experience. Previous experience working with electric utility systems is preferred. All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement. Merit Promotion candidates must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the announcement closing date.
