You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes: Conducting studies to determine if government property is properly maintained and used in accordance with current real property Category Codes (CATCODE); interpreting shop drawings, as-builts, blueprints and diagrams; collecting assessment data to accurately reflect facility and infrastructure conditions; entering data into the Builder Sustainment Management System (SMS) or Installation Status Report (ISR) system.
