FOR GS-11: For Non-Federal employees. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-10) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Applying customer service experience by fielding calls to provide project updates, conveys safety, urgency of building matters and security on a daily bases; 2) Communicating orally and written technical information to facility customer on a daily bases; 3) Understanding construction drawings for all engineering disciplines; 4) Utilizing computer programs, Microsoft programs; 5) Evaluating existing conditions and make recommendations for building systems repairs and new construction and; 6) Building an alliance and collaborate with other departments within the Public work business line and building tenants. For current Federal employees: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: 1) Coordinates all maintenance services for assigned facilities; 2) Developing graphs, charts, and other visual presentation aids covering program performance, fund utilization, and budgetary requirements; 3) Identifying, classifying, prioritizing, and estimating maintenance and repair work; 4) Identifying and developing restoration projects to restore facilities damaged by inadequate sustainment, excessive age, disaster, fire, accident, or other causes. FOR GS-10: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Coordinates all maintenance services for assigned facilities; 2) Developing graphs, charts, and other visual presentation aids covering program performance, fund utilization, and budgetary requirements; 3) Identifying, classifying, prioritizing, and estimating maintenance and repair work; 4) Identifying and developing restoration projects to restore facilities damaged by inadequate sustainment, excessive age, disaster, fire, accident, or other causes.
