Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment, and mentor junior colleagues. Knowledge of ODNI/HR and/or IC HR IT systems and networks. Ability of exemplary communication skills, both written and oral, and demonstrated ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products. Ability of exemplary interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional networks across organizational boundaries to exert influence. COTR Level 1 certification or willingness to get COTR Level 1 certification within the first 12-24 months of taking the position. Project Manager certification or ability to get PM certification within 24 months of taking position.
