To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.
EXAMPLES of qualifying specialized experience at the GS-13 level includes: Expert knowledge of Web content management, information architecture, usability, accessibility, Web analytics, and Web technologies; and Experience and expertise in Web project management; and Expert knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1, serving as technical advisor/authority to ensure compliance with Section 508 requirements; and Expert knowledge of industry-standard Web content development and management software in the areas of accessibility, usability, information architecture, graphics creation, design, content management, and project management. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position as described below, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. As required by Executive Order 14043, Federal employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 regardless of the employee’s duty location or work arrangement (e.g., telework, remote work, etc.), subject to such exceptions as required by law. If selected, you will be required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and submit documentation of proof of vaccination by November 22, 2021 or before appointment or onboarding with the Antitrust Division, if after November 22. The Antitrust Division will provide additional information regarding what information or documentation will be needed and how you can request of the Antitrust Division a legally required exception from this requirement. Due to COVID-19, if selected, you may be expected to temporarily telework for an undefined period under the Department’s evacuation authority, even if your home is located outside the local commuting area. Employees in this status may be notified of a requirement to report in person to an Antitrust Division workplace with an advance notice of not less than 30 days. Prior to a requirement to report to the workplace, employees may be eligible to request to continue to telework one or more days a pay period depending upon the terms of the Antitrust Division’s telework policy.
