You may qualify at the NH-03 broadband level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Experience preparing and reviewing Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and controls to make recommendations for improvements to DoD accreditation/authorization process documentation. Experience applying Cybersecurity principles, practices, methods, and techniques. Experience analyzing operations in order to provide timely, relevant situational awareness of potential threats, attacks, and network status by using one of the following: network monitoring, intrusion detection, response, or mitigation. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. In addition to meeting qualifications, your application package must reflect the applicable experience to meet the Individual Occupational Requirements for the 2210, series as listed below: For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The employing agency is responsible for identifying the specific level of proficiency required for each competency at each grade level based on the requirements of the position being filled. Customer Relations- Anticipates and addresses the concerns and needs of internal and external customers. Responds to partners and other stakeholders’ requests in a timely manner. Problem Solving – Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draws logical conclusions. Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems Cybersecurity – Protect and defend information and information systems in order to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Data and Content Management – Monitor, develop and implement plans, policies, programs, and processes to enhance the value of data and information assets. Please limit your resume to five pages.
