Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Receiving, reviewing, analyzing, defining, and tracking all Regional/Installation customer Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests to ensure successful processing and satisfactory completion; 2) Facilitating computer installs by maintaining accurate asset inventories and verifying location of hardware/software ordered; 3) Supporting mobile data services (i.e., iPhones) by creating accounts, transferring ownership between claimants, maintaining application templates, service-to-service mapping of all ordered hardware and software, and monitoring status; and 4) Supporting Flank Speed and Windows file share access and management.
