Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supervising and directing subordinate personnel establishment of clear performance guidelines, criteria and priorities. Acquiring and managing the necessary resources, including leadership support, financial resources and key security personnel to support cybersecurity goals and reduce overall organizational risk. Overseeing or facilitating the implementation and/or operation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) program requirements for an organization; Maintaining accreditation for sites, systems and networks through the Department of Defense (DoD) A&A process; Utilizing DoD tools such as Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service to review or submit accreditation documentation; Reviewing or interpreting DoD policies or regulations to determine applicability to system accreditation’s and A&A documentation; Conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of planned and installed information systems. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
