To be creditable, Specialized Experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level grade level (FG/GS-11) or Band Level (G). Applicants who do not possess this criterion are ineligible for further consideration.Must possess in depth knowledge of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA’s) existing General Services Administration & FAA Telecommunications Infrastructure (FTI) Mission Support and future Enterprise Information Services administrative telecommunication services including the service ordering process, outage restoration mechanics, and the maintenance request (MR) process. Must have a clear understanding of and the ability to train new users on the FAA Telecommunications Enterprise Management Tool(TEMT) database tool that is used to manage the FAA’s operational telecommunications services obtained via the FTI contract with L3 Harris. Experience overseeing and managing telecommunications related multimillion-dollar cost reduction efforts. Possess a clear understanding of the FAA Administrative Voice Enterprise Services (FAVES) program, including knowledge of and experience with installing and maintaining Avaya Private Branch Exchange (PBX) equipment in a safety critical environment. Possess an in depth understanding of the FAA Enterprise Network Service (FENS) Screening Information Request (SIR) documentation.
